1. Waterproofing
High performance vapor permeable water resistive barriers (WRB) and air barrier (AB) membranes that provides outstanding liquid water holdout capabilities.
2. Rainscreen Drainage System
Rainscreen product that provides an uninterrupted drainage path & ventilation for incidental moisture between wall sheathing and finish materials: Stucco, Manufactured & Natural Stone, Fiber-Cement, Brick
3. Scratch & Brown Coat
A portland-based factory blend of pozzolan, durable synthetic fibers and proprietary chemical additives designed to increase application flexibility in temperatures as low as 35°F and as high as 120°F. Superior adhesion and handling characteristics and reduced cracking.
4. Base-coat
Stuc-O-Base is a wet-mix concentrate that when mixed 1:1 by weight with Portland Cement is used as an excellent adhesive and underlayment for use with acrylic finish coatings. Stuc-O-Base uses a high quality acrylic polymer that provides a strong bonding surface on several different types of foam as well as concrete substrates, creating a strong level platform for finish coat applications.
5. Finish-coat
Stuc-O-Flex Elastomeric Acrylic Finish provides a protective weathering membrane in a pre-colored, extremely durable, fade and mildew resistant coating. The industry's highest levels of 100% Acrylic Polymer ensures un-matched resistance to surface cracking unlike standard finishes. An unlimited selection of colors (over 10,000) in four distinct aggregate choices create a wide variety of texture opportunities from the heaviest southwest stucco to the more contemporary sand finish.
6. Windows & Doors Caulking
Elastomeric joint sealant / adhesive Sikaflex®-1A is a premium-grade, high-performance, moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethane-based,non-sag elastomeric sealant.
